Naphtally & Helida Ogallo
ELDORET, KENYA
Naphtally is the pastor of Grace Baptist Church in Eldoret, Kenya, a church that he and his wife, Helida, planted in 2006. The church reaches out to many students in the Colleges and Universities of Eldoret. In addition to his ministries in the church there, Naphtally is also involved with other Reformed Baptist Churches in giving theological training of men for the ministry. He is also involved in church planting in other places, and in hosting and sometimes speaking at African Pastors Conferences.
Naphtally has been involved in church planting since 1975 when he was a part of establishing Trinity Baptist Church in Nairobi, Kenya. In 1984 he joined pastor Keith Underhill in the eldership there. Naphtally holds a BA in Theology from Wales Evangelical School of Theology in Brynterion, Wales, where he studied in 2003-2004. The Ogallos have 2 adult children, Tim and Liz.
